3. SMS Text Messaging Opt-In & Consent

We operate two SMS text messaging programs. By providing your mobile phone number and checking the SMS opt-in box, or by texting us at a number we publish, you expressly consent to receive recurring SMS text messages from Deluxe Renovations at the number you provided for the program(s) you opted in to.

Remodeling program: Message types may include appointment reminders, estimate updates, project status notifications, follow-ups, and occasional promotional offers related to our remodeling and construction services.

Deluxe Deals property acquisition program: Message types may include purchase offers, deal updates, appointment scheduling for property walkthroughs or inspections, follow-ups on a potential sale, and related correspondence about acquiring your property.

Message frequency: Message frequency varies. For the remodeling program you may typically expect 1–8 messages per month per active project, and fewer when no project is in progress. For the Deluxe Deals program you may typically expect 1–8 messages per month per active property discussion, and fewer when no discussion is in progress.

Data & rates: Standard message and data rates charged by your mobile carrier may apply. You are responsible for any such charges.

Schedule consultations, walkthroughs, and property inspections, and send appointment reminders
Present and discuss property purchase offers through the Deluxe Deals program

Coordinate with title companies, transaction coordinators, and closing partners when a property sale is in progress
Provide promotional offers you have opted in to receive

5. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share it with service providers who help us operate our business (such as SMS delivery platforms), with subcontractors or trades working on your remodeling project to the extent necessary, and — for the Deluxe Deals property acquisition program — with title companies, transaction coordinators, closing agents, or other partners involved in a property transaction, to the extent necessary to pursue or complete a purchase. 6. Opting Out of SMS Messages

You may opt out of SMS text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message we send. To opt back in, reply START or sign up again through our website. Opting out of one program (remodeling or Deluxe Deals) does not automatically opt you out of the other; please specify which program you wish to stop receiving messages about, or reply STOP to stop all messages from that number.

Opting out of SMS does not cancel any contract, scheduled service, property sale agreement, or other obligation you have with Deluxe Renovations; it only stops further text messages.
