Terms of Service

Deluxe Renovations is a family-owned remodeling and general contracting company providing residential renovation services including kitchen and bathroom remodeling, whole-home renovations, home additions, drywall, flooring, painting, and general contracting throughout West Texas and (where offered) Austin and Central Texas. Specific scope, materials, pricing, and timeline for any project are set out in a separate written estimate or contract.

We also operate a property acquisition and wholesaling program under the name Deluxe Deals, through which we may contact property owners about purchase offers, deal updates, and appointment scheduling for property walkthroughs or inspections. Any property purchase is governed by a separate written purchase agreement.

Estimates provided through our website or by phone are preliminary and based on the information you share and our assessment at the time. Final pricing is confirmed in a written, itemized contract or proposal. We reserve the right to adjust estimates if project scope, materials, site conditions, or timelines change.

"Free estimates" refers to initial, no-obligation consultations; additional design or engineering work may be quoted separately. Purchase offers made through the Deluxe Deals program are preliminary and non-binding until confirmed in a signed purchase agreement.

By providing your mobile phone number and consenting, you agree to receive recurring SMS text messages from Deluxe Renovations for the program(s) you opted in to. For our remodeling program, messages may include appointment reminders, project updates, follow-ups, and promotional offers. For the Deluxe Deals property acquisition program, messages may include purchase offers, deal updates, and appointment scheduling for walkthroughs or inspections. Standard message and data rates may apply.

• Opt out any time by replying STOP to any message.
• Reply HELP for assistance or START to resume messages.
• Opting out of one program does not automatically opt you out of the other — specify which program, or STOP stops all messages from that number.
• Opting out of SMS does not cancel any contract, scheduled service, or property sale agreement.

We are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages, or for any carrier charges you incur.

Through the Deluxe Deals program, Deluxe Renovations may express interest in purchasing your property, present a purchase offer, and schedule walkthroughs or inspections. Any offer communicated by SMS, phone, email, or on our website is preliminary and non-binding until set out in a signed written purchase agreement. Submission of your property information or acceptance of a walkthrough does not obligate you to sell, nor does it obligate us to purchase. You represent that you have the legal authority to discuss or authorize the sale of the property you submit. Closing, assignment, or wholesaling of any interest in a property is governed by the separate signed purchase agreement and applicable Texas law.

You agree to provide reasonable site access and to keep the work area accessible throughout the project. Where permits are required, Deluxe Renovations will obtain them as agreed in the written contract; the homeowner is responsible for any homeowner-specific approvals, HOA permissions, or conditions disclosed to us. For Deluxe Deals property walkthroughs or inspections, you agree to provide reasonable access to the property at the scheduled time.

Payment schedules, deposits, and final payment terms are specified in your written contract. Unless otherwise agreed, deposits are non-refundable once materials are ordered or work has begun. Final payment is due upon substantial completion and your walkthrough. Any purchase price, deposit, or closing terms related to a Deluxe Deals property transaction are specified in the separate signed purchase agreement.

We warrant our workmanship as described in your written contract. Manufacturer warranties cover materials and products separately per their terms. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Deluxe Renovations is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for issues caused by pre-existing conditions, homeowner modifications, or third parties. Deluxe Deals purchase offers are provided "as is" based on information available at the time and are subject to inspection, title review, and the terms of the signed purchase agreement.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate project and property information and access to the site
• Remove or protect personal belongings in work areas
• Communicate changes or concerns promptly
• Make timely payments per your contract
• Represent accurately the condition and ownership of any property submitted to the Deluxe Deals program

You may use this website for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to misuse it, attempt to disrupt it, or scrape content. All content, imagery, and branding are owned by Deluxe Renovations Inc. and may not be reproduced without permission.

Our site may link to third-party sites or services we do not control. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

Your use of our website and services is at your own risk. To the extent permitted by law, Deluxe Renovations' total liability arising out of or related to a remodeling project is limited to the amount paid for that project, and any liability arising out of or related to a Deluxe Deals property discussion is limited to the greater of any deposit paid or $100.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised version here with an updated date. Continued use of our website or services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in the county where the project is performed or the property is located, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
