Estimates provided through our website or by phone are preliminary and based on the information you share and our assessment at the time. Final pricing is confirmed in a written, itemized contract or proposal. We reserve the right to adjust estimates if project scope, materials, site conditions, or timelines change.

"Free estimates" refers to initial, no-obligation consultations; additional design or engineering work may be quoted separately.

By providing your mobile phone number and consenting, you agree to receive recurring SMS text messages from Deluxe Renovations, including appointment reminders, project updates, follow-ups, and promotional offers. Standard message and data rates may apply.

• Opt out any time by replying STOP to any message.
• Reply HELP for assistance or START to resume messages.
• Opting out of SMS does not cancel any contract or scheduled service.

We are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages, or for any carrier charges you incur.

You agree to provide reasonable site access and to keep the work area accessible throughout the project. Where permits are required, Deluxe Renovations will obtain them as agreed in the written contract; the homeowner is responsible for any homeowner-specific approvals, HOA permissions, or conditions disclosed to us.

Payment schedules, deposits, and final payment terms are specified in your

written contract. Unless otherwise agreed, deposits are non-refundable once materials are ordered or work has begun. Final payment is due upon substantial completion and your walkthrough.

We warrant our workmanship as described in your written contract. Manufacturer warranties cover materials and products separately per their terms. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Deluxe Renovations is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for issues caused by pre-existing conditions, homeowner modifications, or third parties.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate project information and access to the site
• Remove or protect personal belongings in work areas
• Communicate changes or concerns promptly
• Make timely payments per your contract

You may use this website for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to misuse it, attempt to disrupt it, or scrape content. All content, imagery, and branding are owned by Deluxe Renovations Inc. and may not be reproduced without permission.

Our site may link to third-party sites or services we do not control. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

Your use of our website and services is at your own risk. To the extent permitted by law, Deluxe Renovations' total liability arising out of or related to a project is limited to the amount paid for that project.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised version here with an updated date. Continued use of our website or services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in the county where the project is performed, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
